Seriously though, if you aren't in shape now then you aren't going to miraculously be in shape when disaster strikes. What if there's a tornado and you have to run for shelter, or, heaven forbid, you're being chased by a hoard of zombies? Let that thought motivate you next time you are on the treadmill and think "I don't have to keep running".
