Apocalypse Survival Tip #5

Apocalypse Survival Tip #5: Buddy system is essential. Think of all the people in horror movies who went out to pee alone and died.
Seriously, have you ever watched a horror movie where someone didn't go off alone and get killed? I haven't. It's the same in any survival situation. You should always have someone with you if you're leaving the group and it's not just because there could be a killer in the woods (although, that alone is a good enough reason to stick to the system). What if you sprain your ankle, or break it, and you can't get back to the group by yourself? What if you get lost? What if you run into other survivors who are hostile? Trust me, it's always safer to be a pair than to be alone. In your survival group set up a buddy system, give people designated partners who, if for some reason one of you have to leave the group then the other goes with you for safety measures. It's better to be safe, than sorry.
