I know it's hard to consider the possibility of living in a world where you don't have your heels. Trust me, I LOVE my heels. [I will never understand] However, they are the most impractical form of footwear out there, except maybe flip flops... but even then, you're less likely to break your ankle in a pair of flip flops. In other words, make sure to have practical footwear in your survival kits. So, if you must bring a pair of heels, which would be incredibly ridiculous of you, at least be willing to use those pointy heels as a means of puncturing, bludgeoning, and beating an attacker - not for wearing. Remember, heels were invented by men to make it harder to run away (at least I'm pretty sure that was the reason).
